- Represents a massive sales achievement across various formats, including streaming platforms.
Order Plaque


1. General
1.1 These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern all plaque orders placed through our service. By placing an order, you (“Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.2 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
2. Order Submission
2.1 All orders must be submitted in writing via our official order form, which includes complete and accurate details of the plaque request.
2.2 Customers are responsible for providing the correct information, including but not limited to the artist’s name, album/single title, certification level, artwork, and recipient details.
2.3 Any changes to an order must be made in writing within 24 hours of placing the order. Changes requested after this period may incur additional fees.
3. Approval Process
3.1 Once an order is placed, we will send a digital proof of the plaque design for approval.
3.2 The Customer must review and approve the digital proof in writing before production begins. Failure to approve the proof within 5 business days may delay the order.
3.3 The Customer is responsible for verifying all details, including spelling, formatting, artwork, and certification levels. No changes can be made after approval unless explicitly agreed upon.
4. Payment
4.1 Full payment must be made upon order submission unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.2 We accept payments via credit card, wire transfer, or other agreed payment methods. All prices are in [Currency] and are subject to applicable taxes.
4.3 If payment is not received within the specified timeframe, the order will not proceed to production.
5. Production Timeline
5.1 Plaques typically require [X] business days for production after the approval of the proof.

6. Delivery

6.2 The Customer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs due to incorrect delivery details.
6.3 Delivery timelines depend on the shipping method chosen. We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
7.1 Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of submission for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
7.2 Once production has begun, no refunds or changes will be permitted.
7.3 In the event of a manufacturing defect, the Customer must notify us within 5 business days of receipt. We will replace the defective item at no additional cost.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 The Customer represents and warrants that they have the necessary rights to use any artwork, album covers, logos, and other intellectual property submitted for the plaque.
8.2 The Customer agrees to indemnify us against any claims arising from the use of unauthorized intellectual property.
9. Customization
9.1 Plaques are customized based on the details provided by the Customer. Any inaccuracies in the provided information are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
9.2 We reserve the right to refuse to produce any plaque with content that is illegal, offensive, or inappropriate.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 Our liability for any claim related to the plaque or service is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the plaque.
10.2 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the plaque order.
11. Governing Law
11.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].
11.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].

This is usually displayed at the bottom or somewhere near the credits.
5. Date of Certification
The official date of certification or milestone achieved.
This is optional but can be included to mark the time of the achievement.
6. Sales Milestone or Streaming Numbers
Depending on the type of certification, you’ll need to include the total number of sales, streams, or downloads reached (e.g., 1 million physical sales or 100 million streams).
For streaming plaques, platforms (e.g., Spotify, Apple Music) might also be specified.
7. Custom Text or Dedication
Any additional text, message, or dedication you’d like to be engraved on the plaque.
This could be a personalized message for the artist, a thank-you to contributors, or a specific note on the milestone achieved.
8. Awarded To
The recipient(s) of the plaque (e.g., the artist, producer, manager, or label executive).
Multiple plaques are often ordered for different team members, so the recipient’s name needs to be clear for each.
9. Artwork and Visuals
The album or single artwork that will be displayed on the plaque.
